What we collect and why
Contact form and quote requests
Name, e-mail, phone number, company/organisation and your message. We use the data to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, for quotes, steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Orders in the webshop
Name, address, e-mail, phone number, the products you buy and payment status. We use the data to deliver your order, handle returns and complaints, and meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)) – the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires us to keep accounting records for 5 years.
Payment
