14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send an e-mail to info@grandtdefense.com with your order number before the deadline expires.
How to return
- Return the goods no later than 14 days after you told us you are cancelling.
- Send the goods to: Grandt Defense ApS, Grusbakken 10, DK-2820 Gentofte.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods [ADJUST].
- Please pack the goods well and include your order number.
Condition of the goods
You may try the goods as you would in a shop. If the goods have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Refund
We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation – but we may wait until we have received the goods back. The refund uses the same payment method as the purchase.
